Water Flow Approach for Trauma Release

by | Jan 17, 2024

Trauma, regardless of its origins, materializes within the body, affecting specific groups of cells, particularly in the internal organs. Similar to individuals suddenly losing homes and families, these distressed cells lose feelings of safety, warmth, freedom, and happiness, harboring fear.

The human body is not a singular entity but rather a collective of trillions of individual cells. Each cell has qualities analogous to a person.

It’s All About Cells

Envision the human body as a large company, with the mind serving as the CEO, organs functioning as distinct departments, and blood cells acting as employees.

Just as a company’s success relies on the well-being and cooperation of its employees, the overall health of the body is dependent on the smooth collaboration of its individual cells.

Trauma Stored in the Body

Trauma, regardless of its origins, materializes within the body, affecting specific groups of cells, particularly in the internal organs. The more cells impacted, the more profound the trauma.

Similar to individuals suddenly losing homes and families, these distressed cells lose feelings of safety, warmth, freedom, and happiness, harboring fear.

To release trauma, we must provide these cells with a “roof over their heads,” restoring feelings of home within. Moreover, cultivating a positive internal environment is crucial to prevent newly replaced cells from inheriting past trauma.

Water Flow Approach

We use a water flow approach for trauma release, as well as for overall health and well-being. It is grounded in the understanding that the human body is composed of approximately 60% water đź’¦ , mainly in the form of blood. Blood cells serve as carriers, transporting oxygen, nutrients, and information to every cell in the body.

Blood circulation is an internal river capable of washing away accumulated debris and transporting essential elements downstream, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.

Body-Mind-Organ Connection

Through trauma and various life experiences, we lose connection with ourselves – the mind and the body (blood cells and organs) no longer work as a team.

In Calligraphy Health, we learn to rebuild this lost connection. It allows us to utilize our blood cells to deliver, along with oxygen and nutrients, feelings of love, warmth, happiness, and freedom to every cell in the body, particularly those affected by trauma, bringing back the feeling of home within.

Movements in Calligraphy Health, guided by breath, cultivate a harmonious internal environment, supporting upcoming generations
of cells in the body.

Permanent Results

Maintaining this connection with your blood cells and consistently delivering positive messages to every cell in the body leads to a permanent release of trauma.

Regular practice induces a meditative state, releasing tension and negativity, instilling a sense of returning home to oneself. While the memory of trauma may persist, it no longer adversely affects us and our lives.

The inner water flow purifies negative emotions and experiences from the body, releasing trauma, anxiety, and depression by addressing the roots of these issues at a cellular level.

How Michael and Jaime Trott Met Master Yang

Long story short, I travelled from Perth to Sydney to train with Master Zhen Hua Yang. I bowed and asked him to help me fix myself and to help me let go of my ego. He laughed. “We fix this one,” he said. “You not get rid of ego, this part of you.” This was the start of my journey.
