Journey Towards Inner Peace

Practice

After the first workshop with Master Zhen Hua Yang, I felt inner peace, it was like waking-up from a deep sleep and being fully relaxed. I knew instantly that this was an important moment in my life, what I didn’t realise was how important that moment was.

At the beginning we start with loosening exercises and focusing on diaphragmatic breathing, and in time we combine it with other specific movements. Although the more sensitive people begin to feel the effects faster, results come automatically, everyone will feel it. The sooner we allow ourselves to “get out of our heads” and slowly make a connection with the body, the sooner we will feel them.

Daily practice allows me to achieve a sense of true happiness – one that does not come from emotions or external conditions, but from within us. I love this state of deep calmness, grounding and a sense of inner joy.

Four Health Areas

Master Zhen Hua Yang taught me that four areas affect our health: First is thinking ~ Second is what we eat ~ Third is physical activity ~ Fourth, and the most important, is looking after the internal organs. The state of the internal organs is crucial to the quality and length of your life.

Designed to make contact with your interior, with your own blood cells, the way the movements combine with diaphragmatic/belly breathing allows us to recall or make our body aware of our abilities. The movements are a combination of light, smooth and strong uninterrupted body movements combined with diaphragmatic breathing.

The result of Calligraphy Health practice is, among other things, proper blood circulation ~ one of the best things for our organs.

Connecting with Myself

When my Dad died and I had to deal with all the emotional baggage that came up I wasn’t ready for how it overwhelmed me and found it hard to deal with. Daily practice allowed me to be with difficult emotions, to experience them at my own pace.

I fell in love with the Calligraphy Health System ~ as a meditation in motion, it gave me movement, but also insight into myself. After a couple of  years of practice I could say that Calligraphy Health is the way to find deep connection or very often reconnection with our Truth and Life. 

Teaching 

Mariola Madej is a certified teacher of Calligraphy Health, she currently runs classes in Łomianki and Warsaw in Poland.
