I’m a certified teacher of the Calligraphy Health System, and I began my practice in 2017. Since then, I’ve completed over a dozen in-person teacher trainings led directly by Master Zhen Hua Yang — in Poland, Australia, Germany, Italy, and Sri Lanka. These include all levels of Calligraphy Health Organ Service Part 1 to 5, as well as the Freeing Trauma, Anxiety & Depression course and Calligraphy Elbow training.

I continue to refine my technique by re-attending and deepening into courses I’ve previously completed, always discovering something new under Master Yang’s guidance.

Working with the body has been close to my heart since childhood — it all started with classical ballet, then evolved into modern dance. Yet I was always searching for movement practices that allowed for a deeper connection with myself. I explored tai chi, various styles of yoga (ashtanga, hatha, aerial), and multiple Qigong systems. But it was Calligraphy Health that resonated most deeply with me — and I knew I wanted to share it with others.

Outside of teaching Calligraphy, who am I?

A lawyer who often seeks unconventional solutions.
A coach constantly expanding her knowledge and skills — through philosophy studies at Adam Mickiewicz University, personal coaching programs, postgraduate studies in professional coaching at Kozminski University, and ZEN coaching training in Sweden.
A yacht skipper catching wind in the sails to feel the boundless freedom that nature teaches me.
A life enthusiast devoted to living in harmony with herself and the world around her.
