I guide others to open an empowering dialogue with their body through movement and deep self-awareness. I share a unique and intuitive blend of modalities, weaving together the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual in flow.
My journey into mindful movement began when I was brought back into my body through intelligently cued yoga sequences that synchronized the focus of my mind with breath and movement. Since then, I’ve become a qualified instructor of Yoga, Calligraphy Health (Qi Gong & Nei Gong), Pilates, and Breathwork. I’m also a certified Thai Yoga Massage practitioner and hold a double degree – a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Anthropology and a Bachelor of Science specializing in Neuroscience.
I intuitively weave together my knowledge and experience to create workshops and offerings that help people reconnect with themselves. I teach regular workshops in movement, mindfulness, and breathwork as well as online, and I work one-on-one offering Body Therapy, feet resets, and Transformative Breathwork sessions.
I have a deep interest in bioenergetics and the nervous system, especially in how they relate to movement and emotions. I’m inspired by the power we reclaim through self-knowledge – understanding how the body works and how we can optimize our health and wellbeing through simple, non-invasive practices. I’m grateful to show others how they too can empower themselves.
I know what it’s like to feel lost, without purpose, and too young for my body to be falling apart. My curiosity about mindful movement began because movement was where I discovered my power to heal and to release stress and trauma. When we relearn to move our bodies, breath, and minds, we truly come alive.
