with Master Zhen Hua Yang

Daosit Breathwork
for Energy and Vitality

Harness the full power of oxygen to enhance lung capacity, boost energy, and deepen your internal connection.

8–11 May 2025

Copenhagen, Denmark

Are you feeling drained, struggling with lung issues, or simply looking for a natural way to boost your health and longevity?

In today’s world, many of us struggle with chronic fatigue, stress, and a sense of disconnection from our own bodies. Traditional methods often focus on treating symptoms rather than addressing their root causes. However, there is an ancient practice that allows for deep transformation in a natural and sustainable way – Daoist breathing techniques.

Calligraphy Health will help you unlock the full potential of your breath – cultivating strength, balance, and vitality

Daoist breathwork techniques offer a powerful yet simple way to restore balance, boost energy, and cultivate inner peace. Rooted in ancient wisdom, these practices use deep, intentional breathing to regulate the nervous system, enhance organ function, and clear stagnant emotions.

For those struggling with anxiety, poor sleep, or low vitality, Daoist breathwork provides a natural solution – helping the mind and body work in harmony. Whether you seek mental clarity, physical resilience, or emotional stability, these internal techniques offer a practical path to well-being in modern life.

About Master
Zhen Hua Yang

Master Zhen Hua Yang comes from a family with a 400-year tradition of energy practices and martial arts. He began his training at the age of two under the guidance of his father and grandfather and later refined his skills with skiled masters from the Shaolin and Wudang monasteries, including the renowned monk Hai Deng, famous for his “one-finger stand.”

His personal experience of overcoming asthma in childhood through practice became his motivation to help others. For over 30 years, he has shared his knowledge with a diverse range of students – from monks and athletes to artists and business professionals – helping them achieve greater performance through inner balance. He also led special Calligraphy Health courses for the Australian military for four years, supporting soldiers in overcoming trauma and PTSD.

What sets Master Yang apart is his authentic fusion of ancient wisdom with a deep understanding of modern health and life challenges, making his teachings both timeless and highly relevant today.

About Calligraphy Health

“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond it.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang

Calligraphy Health is a moving meditation, where inner peace meets fluid, harmonious body movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, this method guides you toward reuniting body and mind through conscious breathing and mindfulness.

Master Yang’s approach values personal experience over theory. Through practice, you discover the wisdom of your own body and a deep connection with yourself.

During the course, you gradually learn a sequence of movements and forms while having the time to explore the principles that extend beyond movement itself. You practice without pressure, at your own pace, maintaining a balance between learning and rest.

By the end of the course, you will have developed your own practice—one that you can freely continue and integrate into your daily life.

How is Calligraphy Health different from other practices?

Moving Meditation

Fluid, gentle, and natural movements aligned with the body’s energy channels, Meridians, in a meditative state, harmonizing both body and mind.

Internal organ servicing

The movements engage the body’s center, acting as a gentle self-visceral massage that naturally enhances internal organ function.

Increase your energy levels

Stimulating the body’s energy channels while engaging the Dantian (energy center) cultivates and stores vital energy, promoting sustained vitality and reduced fatigue.

Works on multiple levels

This practice simultaneously engages the body, mind, and energy by harmonizing the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Improved sleep and enhanced recovery
