MOVING MEDITATION COURSE
with Master Zhen Hua Yang

Organ Service Part 3:
Heaven in Love

Balance your emotions, cultivate self-love, and restore harmony within your body and mind through moving meditation and internal energy work.

1–10 July 2025

Germany, Lauingen

Do you ever feel like your body and mind are out of sync? That tension, stress, and fatigue are weighing you down?

Calligraphy Health is more than just movement – it’s a moving meditation designed to harmonize your circulatory, nervous, and digestive systems. Rooted in ancient Chinese Nei Gong and Qi Gong, this wisdom was once passed down only to a select few.

Now, you have the opportunity to learn directly from Master Yang and integrate these transformative techniques into your daily life – restoring balance, vitality, and inner harmony.

Calligraphy Health will help you reconnect with yourself – restoring harmony and vitality

“Heaven in Love” is part of Organ Service, a progressive holistic training series designed to help you reconnect with your body through breath and blood circulation. In this course, you will explore Daoist philosophy, integrating the harmony of heaven, human, and earth as one. Through this deep connection with yourself, you will learn to release stored emotions, cultivate inner peace, and experience greater lightness and joy.

Accessible to both beginners and experienced students, this course provides a transformative journey into self-awareness, emotional balance, and holistic well-being.

About Organ Service Training

The core of Calligraphy Health practice is divided into 5 Parts of Organ Service training, that are taught over a 10-day course. Each part has been created by Master Zhen Hua Yang to serve a specific purpose and to build upon each other. Together, these parts form a comprehensive system that enables gradual and optimal development in the internal arts, working holistically with the physical and energetic body to progressively realign and balance all internal systems.

The progressive training can start from any part between 1 and 3, while parts 4 and 5 are reserved for experienced students. Following the suggested order is recommended, but adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs.

About Master
Zhen Hua Yang

Master Zhen Hua Yang comes from a family with a 400-year tradition of energy practices and martial arts. He began his training at the age of two under the guidance of his father and grandfather and later refined his skills with skiled masters from the Shaolin and Wudang monasteries, including the renowned monk Hai Deng, famous for his “one-finger stand.”

His personal experience of overcoming asthma in childhood through practice became his motivation to help others. For over 30 years, he has shared his knowledge with a diverse range of students – from monks and athletes to artists and business professionals – helping them achieve greater performance through inner balance. He also led special Calligraphy Health courses for the Australian military for four years, supporting soldiers in overcoming trauma and PTSD.

What sets Master Yang apart is his authentic fusion of ancient wisdom with a deep understanding of modern health and life challenges, making his teachings both timeless and highly relevant today.

About Calligraphy Health

“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond it.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang

Calligraphy Health is a moving meditation, where inner peace meets fluid, harmonious body movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, this method guides you toward reuniting body and mind through conscious breathing and mindfulness.

Master Yang’s approach values personal experience over theory. Through practice, you discover the wisdom of your own body and a deep connection with yourself.

During the course, you gradually learn a sequence of movements and forms while having the time to explore the principles that extend beyond movement itself. You practice without pressure, at your own pace, maintaining a balance between learning and rest.

By the end of the course, you will have developed your own practice—one that you can freely continue and integrate into your daily life.

How is Calligraphy Health different from other practices?

Moving Meditation

Fluid, gentle, and natural movements aligned with the body’s energy channels, Meridians, in a meditative state, harmonizing both body and mind.

Works on multiple levels

This practice simultaneously engages the body, mind, and energy by harmonizing the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.
