Hormonal Harmony 35+:
Menopause & Perimenopause Wellness
Reclaim Balance and Vitality and Reconnect with Your Body’s Wisdom
2–4 May 2025
Malmö, Sweden
Have you started noticing changes in your body – or do you simply want to prepare for the transitions you know are coming?
Hormonal changes related to perimenopause can start as early as age 35, and then continue well into the 50s and beyond. These hormonal changes can span nearly two decades of a woman’s life – yet it’s often overlooked, misunderstood, or quietly endured. Just like any transformation, this period needs support and understanding. This phase also presents an opportunity to embrace your body’s natural wisdom and power with harmony, trust and ease.

Calligraphy Health will help you navigate this phase of your life with connection, vitality, and self-trust.
It is a method based on ancient Chinese wisdom, combining meditation with harmonious movement, allowing you to reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re currently going through menopause, just entering perimenopause, or wanting to prepare early to ease the transition later on, this Calligraphy Health training is designed to meet you where you are. Over the course of three days, you’ll explore the key elements that Master Yang sees as essential for navigating this phase with greater ease: releasing stored emotional tension, balancing the internal organs, and using breathwork to regulate the nervous system.

About Calligraphy Health
“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond it.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang
Calligraphy Health is a moving meditation, where inner peace meets fluid, harmonious body movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, this method guides you toward reuniting body and mind through conscious breathing and mindfulness.
Master Yang’s approach values personal experience over theory. Through practice, you discover the wisdom of your own body and a deep connection with yourself.
During the course, you gradually learn a sequence of movements and forms while having the time to explore the principles that extend beyond movement itself. You practice without pressure, at your own pace, maintaining a balance between learning and rest.
By the end of the course, you will have developed your own practice—one that you can freely continue and integrate into your daily life.

How is Calligraphy Health different from other practices?

Moving Meditation
Fluid, gentle, and natural movements aligned with the body’s energy channels, Meridians, in a meditative state, harmonizing both body and mind.

Internal organ servicing
The movements engage the body’s center, acting as a gentle self-visceral massage that naturally enhances internal organ function.

Increase your energy levels
Stimulating the body’s energy channels while engaging the Dantian (energy center) cultivates and stores vital energy, promoting sustained vitality and reduced fatigue.

Works on multiple levels
This practice simultaneously engages the body, mind, and energy by harmonizing the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Improved sleep and enhanced recovery
By calming the nervous system, this practice enhances sleep quality, leading to improved nighttime recovery.

Accessible to everyone
It’s suitable for all ages, gender and levels of physical ability, including seated positions.
Workshop Details
Learn more about this health approach:
During this workshop you will focus on:
✔ Emotional Balance
Stored tension, long-held emotions like anger or grief, and mental patterns such as worry or overthinking can disrupt internal harmony. Gentle movement and internal practices help release emotional stagnation and create more spaciousness inside – physically and emotionally.
✔ Organ Balance
Each of the five key internal organs (Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys) plays a role in hormonal and emotional wellbeing.
When these organs are in balance, the body’s energy can circulate freely, which supports more stable moods, better
sleep, and improved energy levels.
✔ Breath
Deep, coordinated breathing regulates the nervous system and supports hormonal balance. The breath is a gentle tool – one we use throughout Calligraphy Health – to calm the mind, restore restfulness, and bring attention back into the body.

It incorporates internal elements like eye movements, meridian pathways, and acupoint activation. Together, these components work seamlessly and effortlessly to direct blood flow and oxygen to every cell in the body, promoting rejuvenation, harmony, and energy in both body and mind.
