MOVING MEDITATION COURSE
with Master Zhen Hua Yang

Organ Service Part 2:
Spiral Body / Spiral Organ

Through fluid, spiraling movements, you open the body, restore alignment, and release long-held emotional tension.

20–29 January 2026

Wonglepong, QLD Australia

Do you carry tension that feels deeper than just the physical? Is stiffness or misalignment holding back your energy and vitality?

Calligraphy Health is more than physical exercise – it’s a moving meditation that connects breath, movement, and internal awareness to create transformation from the inside out.

In Part 2: Spiral Body / Spiral Organ, you’ll deepen your understanding of the body–mind–organ connection, with a special focus on spiraling and elongating movements that release deep-seated muscular tension, realign joints, and open the meridians – the body’s energy channels. The result? A sense of lightness, freedom, and renewed flow.

Calligraphy Health will help you reconnect – realigning your body and releasing what no longer serves you.

Organ Service Part 2 focuses on building a resilient, aligned physical foundation that supports both energy flow and emotional wellbeing.

Through wave-like, spiraling movements, you’ll stretch, elongate, and strengthen your body – reaching deep into the organs to release stored tension and stagnant emotions. This process not only improves posture and joint function but also facilitates lasting emotional and energetic shifts. When energy moves without obstruction, the body feels lighter, clearer, and more balanced – inside and out.

All movements can be adapted to your own body, making this course suitable for everyone – regardless of experience or flexibility.

About Organ Service Training

The core of Calligraphy Health method is divided into 5 Parts of Organ Service training, that are taught over a 10-day course. Each part has been created by Master Zhen Hua Yang to serve a specific purpose and to build upon each other. Together, these parts form a comprehensive system that enables gradual and optimal development in the internal arts, working holistically with the physical and energetic body to progressively realign and balance all internal systems.

The progressive training can start from any part between 1 and 3, while parts 4 and 5 are reserved for experienced students. Following the suggested order is recommended, but adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs.

He began training at the age of two under the guidance of his father and grandfather, and later refined his skills with the renowned Buddhist monk Hai Deng – known for his legendary “one-finger stand” – as well as with a highly accomplished Daoist master.

His personal experience of overcoming asthma in childhood through practice became his motivation to help others. For over 30 years, he has shared his knowledge with a diverse range of students – from monks and athletes to artists and business professionals – helping them achieve greater performance through inner balance. He also led special Calligraphy Health courses for the Australian military for four years, supporting soldiers in overcoming trauma and PTSD.

What sets Master Yang apart is his authentic fusion of ancient wisdom with a deep understanding of modern health and life challenges, making his teachings both timeless and highly relevant today.

About Calligraphy Health

“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond it.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang

Calligraphy Health is a moving meditation, where inner peace meets fluid, harmonious body movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, this method guides you toward reuniting body and mind through conscious breathing and mindfulness.

Master Yang’s approach values personal experience over theory. Through practice, you discover the wisdom of your own body and a deep connection with yourself.

During the course, you gradually learn a sequence of movements and forms while having the time to explore the principles that extend beyond movement itself. You practice without pressure, at your own pace, maintaining a balance between learning and rest.

By the end of the course, you will have developed your own practice—one that you can freely continue and integrate into your daily life.
