Introduction
Level 3 transports you to the far edges of your senses, utilising your knowledge of the body-mind connection (Level 1) and the spiral movements (Level 2) to access the deeper layers of self-healing. The Daoist philosophy that connects heaven-human-earth is very much present at this level.
