Introduction
Throughout parts 1–4 we focus on awakening, connecting to and moving the Lower Dan Tian, as well as opening the central channel. Part 5 is when the full symphony of the body’s cells come together, working as a community through Compassion and Self-love, to open the fontanelle and realise your full potential.

Participants
- For students who completed at least two 10-day courses with Master Zhen Hua Yang: Part 1 and one other course.
Inclusions
- Training: 50 hours of in-person training with Master Yang

– shared double room: € 40 per person/night
– single room: € 55 per person/night - Meals:
It is possible to use a shared kitchen to prepare your own meals or to dine at the restaurant located at the venue. Available options:
– breakfast buffet: € 8 per meal
– lunch buffet: € 15 per meal
– dinner: a la carte in the restaurant

Course Schedule
- Day 1: training sessions between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (including breaks)
- Day 2–9: training sessions between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (including breaks)
- Day 10: training sessions between 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (including breaks)
The training starts on 19th of June at 9 a.m. If possible, please arrive one day before, to give yourself time to acclimate and start training on time. On the last day, it’s possible to leave early if needed.

– From Kempten take a bus to Isny. Bus stop at the guesthouse is Bolsternang Gasthof, bus stop Kleinweiler Sonneck or Kleinweiler Nellenbruck are 1 km from the guesthouse.
