Water of Life Experience
Explore Water as a universal force – flowing through the landscapes of Jiuzhaigou, circulating through your body as blood, and expressed in the quiet ritual of tea.
12 March – 3 April 2026
China
Introduction
Immerse yourself in the Water of Life Experience – a transformative journey of movement, nature, and inner stillness. This unique blend of training and travel invites you to embody the essence of Water: fluid, powerful, and deeply restorative.
This tour consists of three main parts – each offering a unique perspective on the Water element:
1. Travel – Experiencing Water in nature through the breathtaking landscapes of China
2. Training – Exploring Water within the body through Calligraphy Health movement and breathwork
2. Tea Ceremony Workshop – Honoring Water as a sacred liquid in the ritual of tea
1. Travel: Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou – The Spiritual Journey
In the first part of this experience, travel to the vibrant city of Chengdu. Here, you’ll explore Jiuzhaigou, a site deeply meaningful to Master Yang’s spiritual journey. Experience the profound nature of the water element in this stunning landscape, where you’ll witness the true essence of flowing water in its most awe-inspiring form.
2. Ten days of Training: Organ Service Part 1
After the travel you will continue your journey in the picturesque town of Tengchong, where you’ll engage in Calligraphy Health Training. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, rejuvenating hot springs, and delectable cuisine, you’ll continue to harmonize your body and mind in this serene environment.
3. Two days of Tea Ceremony Workshop
After the training, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your connection with the Water element through the ancient ritual of tea – a sacred liquid that reflects the flow of life itself. In this meditative tea ceremony workshop, you’ll experience stillness, connection, and presence as another expression of Water. Held on an authentic tea farm in Yunnan – China’s most revered region for pure, high-mountain teas – you’ll learn to prepare and serve tea with intention, grace, and reverence.
The Experience
Under the expert guidance of Master Zhen Hua Yang, this tour will teach you to reconnect with yourself by fostering trust and communication between your body, mind, your core – your internal organs and Dan Tian (the energy center). You’ll learn to align with the internal river that flows within you – your blood circulation for your wellbeing and vitality.
Who Should Attend?
This transformative event is ideal for both beginners and experienced students seeking to deepen their connection with themselves and nature.
Join us for the ‘Water of Life Experience’ and embark on a journey of self-discovery, rejuvenation, and profound inner peace.

Master Yang’s approach prioritizes personal experience over theoretical learning. This means that there are no books to study or information to memorize, but rather the wisdom of one’s own body to be discovered and a self-healing potential to be activated.
Whether it’s a shorter workshop or a full 10-day course, the goal is to provide you with tools for independent practice.
Each day consists of 5-6 hours of practice with Master Yang. Throughout the training, you learn a set of movements and forms gradually, with enough time to delve deeper into them in order to understand the principles that extend beyond the movement. You work at your own pace without force or pressure with enough time to learn but also to rest.
Upon completion, you leave equipped with a personal practice that you can continue to develop on your own. By integrating learned movements into your daily routine, you can experience lasting benefits that contribute to a fulfilling and vibrant life.
