Restore balance, energy, and connection with your body

Do you want to better understand the changes happening in your body, or support your health before imbalance appears?

Calligraphy Health helps you approach these changes with more stability, vitality, and self-trust

This method is rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom and combines meditation, movement, breath, and internal awareness.

Rather than focusing on hormones in isolation, the practice works with the systems that regulate them, including the nervous system, internal organs, circulation, and stress response.

Whether you are experiencing hormonal symptoms, dealing with conditions such as thyroid imbalance or endometriosis, or simply want to support your long-term health, this training is designed to meet you where you are.

Over two days, you will learn key principles and practices that help release accumulated tension, support organ function, and regulate the nervous system in a natural and sustainable way.

About Master
Zhen Hua Yang

Master Zhen Hua Yang comes from a family with a 400-year tradition of internal energy practices and martial arts. He began training at the age of two under the guidance of his father and grandfather, and later refined his skills with renowned teachers, including the Buddhist monk Hai Deng.

His personal experience of overcoming asthma through practice became the foundation of his work. For over 30 years, he has taught students from a wide range of backgrounds, including health practitioners, athletes, artists, and professionals, helping them develop greater balance and resilience.

He has also led specialized programs for the Australian military, supporting soldiers in working with trauma and stress.

What sets his teaching apart is the integration of traditional wisdom with a clear understanding of modern health challenges.

About Calligraphy Health

“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond it.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang

Calligraphy Health is a form of moving meditation where inner stillness meets fluid, natural movement.

Rooted in ancient Chinese practices, it works through breath, attention, and coordinated movement to reconnect the body and mind.

The approach is based on direct experience. Through practice, you begin to feel how your body functions, how tension accumulates, and how it can gradually release.

During the workshop, you will learn a sequence of movements and the principles behind them, giving you the tools to continue on your own, without pressure and at your own pace.

By the end, you will have a personal practice you can integrate into daily life.

How is Calligraphy Health different from other practices?

Moving Meditation

Gentle, continuous movements combined with focused attention support coordination, circulation, and nervous system regulation.

Internal organ servicing

The movements act as a subtle internal massage, helping improve circulation and supporting the function of internal organs.

Increase your energy levels

By working with the body’s internal coordination, the practice supports more stable energy levels and reduces fatigue.

Works on multiple levels

The practice engages the nervous, circulatory, and digestive systems together, supporting overall balance rather than isolated symptoms.

Improved sleep

By calming the nervous system, many participants experience deeper rest and improved recovery.

Accessible to everyone

The practice can be adapted to different levels of fitness and mobility, including seated variations.

During this workshop you will focus on:

Emotional Balance
Stored tension, long-held emotions like anger or grief, and mental patterns such as worry or overthinking can disrupt internal harmony. Gentle movement and internal practices help release emotional stagnation and create more spaciousness inside – physically and emotionally.

Organ Balance
Each of the five key internal organs (Liver, Heart, Spleen, Lungs, Kidneys) plays a role in hormonal and emotional wellbeing. When these organs are in balance, the body’s energy can circulate freely, which supports more stable moods, better sleep, and improved energy levels.

Breath
Deep, coordinated breathing regulates the nervous system and supports hormonal balance. The breath is a gentle tool – one we use throughout Calligraphy Health – to calm the mind, restore restfulness, and bring attention back into the body.

In this workshop you will learn:

Calligraphy Health exercises – a form of moving meditation that supports the regeneration of both body and mind.

Breathing techniques – helping to reduce stress and restore inner harmony.

Organ Service Skills – Techniques that act as a self-visceral massage, stimulating and supporting your internal organs through movement, breath, and focused intention to enhance their function and overall vitality.

Internal Energy Cultivation – Techniques to connect with and master your internal energy, going beyond breath and movement.

Deepening the mind-body connection – promoting overall well-being and inner harmony.

Alleviating stress and anxiety – through effective relaxation techniques.

Enhancing mobility and vitality – improving flexibility, mobility, and overall vitality.
