MOVING MEDITATION COURSE
with Master Zhen Hua Yang

Organ Service Part 4:
Energy and Vibration

Detox your core, awaken your energy, and reset your system from the inside out.

8–17 June 2026
Poland, Stara Wieś

Do you ever feel that something is stuck deep inside – an emotion you can’t quite reach or a tension that won’t fully let go? Is your body energetically blocked, even if physically you’re doing all the right things?

Calligraphy Health is more than physical exercise – it’s a moving meditation that unites breath, movement, internal organs and awareness to create transformation from the inside out.

Organ Service Part 4: Energy and Vibration is designed to detoxify and revitalize the body’s deepest systems – including the bone marrow, central energy channel, and meridian network. You’ll work with refined movement, breath, vibration, and rhythm to stimulate internal flow and release emotional residues stored deep within the body.

This course is especially powerful for those who feel they’ve reached a plateau in their energetic or emotional practice – and are ready to go deeper.

Calligraphy Health will help you reconnect – realigning your body and releasing what no longer serves you.

Organ Service Part 4: Energy and Vibration focuses on the central energy channel and bone marrow, using movements inspired by the classical Nei Gong texts Yi Jin Jing (Muscle-Tendon Transformation) and Xi Sui Jing (Bone Marrow Cleansing). These practices have been refined by Master Yang to support a full-body detox – physical, energetic, and emotional – targeting deeply held tension and imbalances in the body’s core.

In the second phase of the course, you’ll work directly with your meridian system through simple yet powerful vibration-based techniques, including rhythmic tapping, striking, and energetic stimulation. These methods help clear energetic blockages, reawaken circulation, and restore vitality.

By combining movement, vibration, and intention, this course offers a unique and powerful energetic reset. All movements can be adapted to your own body, making this course suitable for everyone – regardless of experience or flexibility.

About Organ Service Courses

The core of Calligraphy Health practice is divided into 5 Parts of Organ Service training, that are taught over a 10-day course. Each part has been created by Master Zhen Hua Yang to serve a specific purpose and to build upon each other. Together, these parts form a comprehensive system that enables gradual and optimal development in the internal arts, working holistically with the physical and energetic body to progressively realign and balance all internal systems.

The progressive training can start from any part between 1 and 4, while part 5 is reserved for experienced students. Following the suggested sequence is recommended, though it can be adjusted to suit individual needs and circumstances.

About Master
Zhen Hua Yang

Master Zhen Hua Yang comes from a family with a 400-year tradition of energy practices and martial arts. He began his training at the age of two under the guidance of his father and grandfather and later refined his skills with skiled masters from the Shaolin and Wudang monasteries, including the renowned monk Hai Deng, famous for his “one-finger stand.”

His personal experience of overcoming asthma in childhood through practice became his motivation to help others. For over 30 years, he has shared his knowledge with a diverse range of students – from monks and athletes to artists and business professionals – helping them achieve greater performance through inner balance. He also led special Calligraphy Health courses for the Australian military for four years, supporting soldiers in overcoming trauma and PTSD.

What sets Master Yang apart is his authentic fusion of ancient wisdom with a deep understanding of modern health and life challenges, making his teachings both timeless and highly relevant today.

About Calligraphy Health

“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond it.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang

Calligraphy Health is a moving meditation, where inner peace meets fluid, harmonious body movements. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, this method guides you toward reuniting body and mind through conscious breathing and mindfulness.

Master Yang’s approach values personal experience over theory. Through practice, you discover the wisdom of your own body and a deep connection with yourself.

During the course, you gradually learn a sequence of movements and forms while having the time to explore the principles that extend beyond movement itself. You practice without pressure, at your own pace, maintaining a balance between learning and rest.

By the end of the course, you will have developed your own practice—one that you can freely continue and integrate into your daily life.

How is Calligraphy Health different from other practices?

Moving Meditation

Fluid, gentle, and natural movements aligned with the body’s energy channels, Meridians, in a meditative state, harmonizing both body and mind.

Internal organ servicing

Increase your energy levels

Stimulating the body’s energy channels while engaging the Dantian (energy center) cultivates and stores vital energy, promoting sustained vitality and reduced fatigue.

Works on multiple levels

This practice simultaneously engages the body, mind, and energy by harmonizing the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Improved sleep and enhanced recovery

Dojo Stara Wieś is a picturesque village built according to the characteristics of Japanese architecture and designed following basic Zen principles. It is the largest center in the world dedicated to specialized training in East Asian sports and martial arts, and it serves as a home for many athletes, including international medalists.
