with Master Zhen Hua Yang
Power & Compassion
Balance Yin and Yang energy through simultaneously developing inner power and compassion using Calligraphy Elbow & Calligraphy Health methods.
16–25 June 2025
Poland, Stara Wieś
Do you feel that the world demands constant strength from you, while you seek balance and lightness?
Every day, you have to take action, make decisions, and face challenges, but you also need gentleness, acceptance, and space to breathe and recharge. Do you want to feel inner power and harmony instead of constant pressure, stress, and exhaustion?
Learn how to cultivate inner strength and harmony at the same time
Calligraphy Health and Calligraphy Elbow are methods based on ancient Chinese wisdom, combining moving meditation and martial arts to help you regain strength while cultivating harmony between body and mind.
The course consists of two interconnected, 5-day modules taught by Master Yang:
MODULE 1: 5 DAYS
Calligraphy Elbow
Rooted in traditional Chinese internal martial arts, the Calligraphy Elbow method emphasizes health and well-being while strengthening inner power and the wisdom of the body. The movements are fluid, tension-free, and generated from the center – Dantian and the internal organs – bringing both health benefits and a deep sense of inner strength.
Just as brushstrokes bring paper to life, Calligraphy Elbow allows you to express and enhance your energy through natural, dynamic movement that flows like a dance.

MODULE 2: 5 DAYS
Calligraphy Health
Calligraphy Health focuses on gentle movements and breathwork that harmonize the body, calm the mind, and restore inner balance. This practice nurtures deep internal connections, soothes the nervous system, improves circulation, and supports overall health, immunity, and emotional stability.
Often compared to moving meditation, it helps you build a connection between your body, mind, and inner energy. As a result, it not only revitalizes the body but also enhances body awareness and the ability to self-regulate.

About Calligraphy Health & Calligraphy Elbow
“It’s not just about the movement. It’s about what lies beyond the movement.” – Master Zhen Hua Yang
Calligraphy Health and Calligraphy Elbow are two interconnected methods that combine movement, breath, and mindfulness. Calligraphy Health is a gentle Qi Gong / Nei Gong practice, often compared to moving meditation, while Calligraphy Elbow is a more dynamic method rooted in internal martial arts.
Both systems, created by Master Zhen Hua Yang and originating from China, support health and well-being on multiple levels. They enhance strength and coordination, open and increase the flexibility of the body, and harmonize the mind. Additionally, they positively affect the digestive, hormonal, and nervous systems.
Both methods are based on fluid, natural movements generated from the body’s center. When practiced at a slow pace, they work like visceral massage – improving the function of internal organs. Moreover, when performed at a fast pace, Calligraphy Elbow becomes an effective tool for self-defense.

How are these methods different?

Moving Meditation
Fluid, gentle, and natural movements aligned with the body’s energy channels, Meridians, in a meditative state, harmonizing both body and mind.

Internal organ servicing
The movements engage the body’s center, acting as a gentle self-visceral massage that naturally enhances internal organ function.

Self-defense application
Beyond its health benefits, Calligraphy Elbow also serves as an effective tool for self-defense.

Works on multiple levels
This practice simultaneously engages the body, mind, and energy by harmonizing the digestive, circulatory, and nervous systems.

Improved sleep and enhanced recovery
By calming the nervous system, this practice enhances sleep quality, leading to improved nighttime recovery.

Accessible to everyone
It’s suitable for all ages, gender and levels of physical ability, including seated positions.
