Course Cancellation and Payment Policy*
* The accommodation cancellation rules are administered by the venue If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following options:

• Payment Deadlines:
  • If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days before the course.
• Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Course:
  • 100% of your payment can be credited toward any of our events worldwide within the following year.
  • Alternatively, you are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% fee to cover transaction and operational costs.
• Cancellation Within 14 Days of the Course:
  • Payments are non-refundable.
