Cancellation and Refund Policy If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following options:
- Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Course:
- 100% of your payment can be credited toward any of our events worldwide this or next year. If you choose an event with a lower fee, the difference is non-refundable. If you choose an event with a higher fee, you’ll simply pay the remaining balance.
- Alternatively you are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% fee to cover transaction and operational costs.
- Cancellation Within 14 Days of the Course:
