Course Cancellation and Payment Policy* * The accommodation cancellation rules are administered by the venue If you need to cancel your registration, please note the following options:
- Payment Deadlines:
- If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled at least 30 days before the course.
- Cancellation More Than 14 Days Before the Course:
- 100% of your payment can be credited toward any of our events worldwide within the following year.
- Alternatively, you are eligible for a refund, minus a 20% fee to cover transaction and operational costs.
- Cancellation Within 14 Days of the Course:
- Payments are non-refundable.
