Course Cancellation and Payment Policy

• Payment Deadlines:
  • If you choose to pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be settled at least 60 days before the course.
• Cancellation More Than 40 Days Before the Course:
  • 100% of your payment can be credited toward any of our events worldwide within the following year.
  • Alternatively, you are eligible for a refund, minus a 30% fee to cover transaction and operational costs.
• Cancellation Within 40 Days of the Course:
  • Payments are non-refundable.
